Training New and Existing Originators on ACH Rules & Responsibilities

Duration: 60 Minutes
Sections 2.1 of the NACHA Operating Rules stipulate that an ODFI is responsible for its Originators and Third-Party Senders compliance with the rules. However, the rules are silent on how this should be done. This webinar focuses on effective ways and ODFI can meet this obligation. The session reviews warranties and indemnities provided by the ODFI for entries originated on its routing transit number, requirements for an ACH Origination program, as well as obligations of the Originator.
