Preparation and Presentation of Your Arbitration: Understanding the Arbitration Process

Duration: 90 Minutes
You just received notice a dispute you are involved in, perhaps a workplace dispute/grievance, is going to be arbitrated. So, what now? The simple answer is "plenty" because going to arbitration means using a quasi-legal process like a trial court where you're going to have to prove your case to an impartial third party. So, if you haven't previously done the "heavy lifting" to establish your case then that work and preparation must start now. To better prepare you for just such an experience this webinar will take participants from the first steps of preparation, through the hearing and post hearing briefs all the way to the arbitrator's decision and award including possible options to an unfavorable award. Although you might not be able to completely transform your case from a "loser" into a "winner", by following the information presented in this webinar you might be able to make your case into "less of a loser" and maybe even closer to being more of a "winner."
