For the past thirty years, I have had experience in classroom training and application support in the personal computer arena. I have a broad professional background, which includes curriculum development as well as training to corporate, end user, retailer, distributor and direct sales environments. I have been training as an independent consultant since 1993. I teach the Microsoft Application Suite of products including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access and Outlook. I have excelled in my education as well, having received a Master in Business Administration from Loyola University as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Northern Illinois University. I received my Paralegal Certificate in 2011. My strengths include customizing classes based on the needs of individual students and providing realistic businessexamples to compliment training. I am a high energy trainer with a flair for training the adult student.
