This training program will instruct attendees on clearly classifying products under the global trading/WTO-adopted Harmonized Commodity Description and Coding System, generally known as the Harmonized System ("HS"), as implemented in the United States under the Harmonized Tariff System of the U.S. ("HTSUS"). We will discuss how best to create lasting compliance procedures which will ensure continued classification success and the ability to support assigned classifications under the Mod Act’s "reasonable care" standard. Attendees will also master legal classification concepts which apply to each classification exercise.

Her professional accomplishments include multi-million dollar global supply chain savings under various legal theories, as well as end-to-end global trade mitigation processes and procedures, identifying right sized technology tools, including "compliance on a shoestring" practices.
