Webinar Refund and Cancellation Policy

Thank you for purchasing the most excellent online training course from Online Compliance Panel. We strive hard to provide you the best and most rewarding experience while you discover information, assess, and purchase our online training courses.

Please read the cancelation policy and Refund policy carefully as they will give you vital knowledge and guidelines about your rights and obligations as our esteemed customer. When you buy a training course on the Online Compliance Panel website you agree to our terms and conditions mentioned below.

Cancellation Policy
  • Participants/Registrants can withdraw/cancel participation to a live Webinar by notifying online compliance panel at least two working days (48 Hours) prior to the official start date of a Live Course Session/Online Webinar. In such an event, a letter of credit will be issued towards a future event, valid up to one year from the date of issuance.
  • If the attendee fails to cancel his/her registration to the event within the above mentioned stipulated time or if he/she fails to attend the Live Course Session/Online Webinar, refund claims will not be entertained. However, In such cases, requests for access to the recording will be accepted after the webinar has occurred. (The recording is available the next day and to be accessed for 30 days after the webinar has concluded.) "OR" if the attendees wish to avail a different webinar that has the same price tag at a future date and time, they are welcome to do so with a written request.
Note: Online compliance panel will not be liable for any penalties or other expenditure incurred due to the cancellation.

Full Refund
  • Online Compliance Panel reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any live webinar/Online training due to insufficient registrations, Instructor Illness, or force-majeure events (like floods, earthquakes, political instability, etc.). In such circumstances the attendees will be notified 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time of the webinar/ event.
  • Upon such cancellation, registered attendees will get a FULL REFUND of the amount paid for any webinar/training.
Note: All refunds will be processed within 7 working days of receipt of the written refund request.
