Refund/Cancellation Policy

Online compliance panel reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any webinar/ event due to inevitable reasons like insufficient registrations (for e.g. if the number of participants is less than five) or circumstances beyond its control. In such circumstances the attendees will be notified 48 hours prior to the scheduled start time of the webinar/ event.

Upon such cancellation, registered attendees will get a full refund of the amount paid in a single settlement through a banker's check. The amount will be credited to the bank account specified by you. Please mail in your request with the bank details or update the details online by logging on to www.onlinecompliancepanel.com.Your payment will be processed within 3 working days.

Alternately, the attendees can explore the options listed below:
  • The cancelled webinar will be rescheduled, the same webinar stream may be availed. In such an event, a redeemable voucher will be emailed with some codes and passwords. The same should be redeemed within twelve months from date of issue.
  • If the attendees wish to avail a different webinar that has the same price tag at a future date and time, they are welcome to do so. In such an event, an online redeemable voucher will be mailed with some codes and passwords. The same should be redeemed within twelve months from date of issue.
  • On-demand recordings/ recorded CDs equaling the original amount paid can be availed in exchange.

However, online compliance panel will not be liable for any penalties or other expenditure incurred due to the cancellation.

Individual attendees can cancel for any reason. They must notify online compliance panel about the cancellation at least two working days prior to the start date.

If the attendee fails to cancel his/her registration to the event within the above mentioned stipulated time or if she/he fails to attend the event, refund claims will not be entertained.

However, if the attendees notify online compliance panel regarding the cancellation of a particular event at least two days before the event, they will be issued a voucher. In such an event, an online redeemable voucher will be mailed with some codes & passwords. The same should be redeemed within twelve months from date of issue.
